Dear Sarita,
For two decades I have suffered from premature ejaculation that has ruined my family life, plus I have multiple very minute stones in the bladder, ureter and kidney. In spite of many attempts with medicine, these stones are not passing out through urine. I also get mild pain just above my genitals. I feel there is some kind of blockage.
Can you help me at all?

Hello Aahadi,
Thank you for your email. I empathise with your difficulty. It is courageous of you to speak so openly about your situation.
For premature ejaculation: in many cases this arises from having learned to be guilty about sexuality. A young man may have strong sexual feelings, and needs to masturbate, but because the society does not allow this, he learns to do it in a big hurry. This trains the body to ejaculate quickly. In order to heal this conditioning, it is necessary to let go of the guilt and to learn to self pleasure with no goal, and very slowly. You may do self pleasuring to a point where you feel like you are coming close to orgasm, and then stop, and do something else. Then, after a pause, begin again, and when you come close to orgasm, stop again and do something else. In this way, you can learn to draw out the pleasure reflex for up to one hour or more. If you do this regularly, eventually you will train your body to take time and not be in a hurry to get the sex act over with.
If you want to try healing this condition and be in union with your wife, you can practise the Caressing Meditation with her. This meditation is described in my book, Divine Sexuality. If you practise the Caressing Meditation regularly, it will help you to overcome the problem of premature ejaculation, and it will also bring great pleasure to your wife.
About kidney stones – the kidneys are connected to fear and to trust. There are cleanses using herbs you can get to help dissolve kidney stones. Kidney stones will be aggravated if you do not drink enough water and also if you drink too much coffee or black tea which are dehydrating.
