Dear Sarita,
Are you or others aware if there are any women who actually prefer or like men with small lingams, or who have an erotic fetish about small lingams, or women who genuinely are not bothered about the thickness, length and appearance of a lingam? I understand that the Tantra philosophy is in favour that people love and accept their bodies, and is more about the heart connections and superconsciousness, than the mind, physical body, and social attitudes and conditioning.

In my experience of working with women all over the world, the size of a lingam is very rarely mentioned. Women speak more about the heart connection, the intimacy, the quality of touch a man has, and whether she is able to truly let go as a woman with him.
So I would say in regards to this question, it is wise to focus more on your sensitivity in touch, your totality in breath and emotional fluidity, your capacity for whole body arousal and expression, than the size of your lingam.
With each lingam, there is a yoni to match it, and visa versa. If you believe your lingam is small, then move towards women who are smaller built, such as Asian women. Everything in nature seeks balance.
In my experience, many men have a complex about their size of lingam when in actual fact their lingam is of a perfectly normal size. Some lingams are smaller when non erect and become bigger with erection. And some lingams are bigger when non erect and then swell slightly with erection.
When you learn to love yourself as you are, then you will attract a woman who will also love you as you are.
