Another delicious treat from our raw food chef extraordinaire, Niten. These tasty nibbles are quick and easy to prepare and make a great snack.
Tahini and Dates Chocolate Balls
1 cup of Tahini
A handful of Dates (soaked overnight)
½ cup of raw Coco powder
¼ cup of Carob powder
Dash of Agave syrup to taste
Grated dehydrated coconut to decorate
- Mix the tahini, dates, coco powder, carob powder and agave syrup in a food processor until it forms like a thick paste
- Remove and make small balls
- Roll in grated coconut.
