Anurasa is the founder of 'Emotional Fluidity Movement'. As a Tantra Essence Graduate and certified Hypnotherapist, Anurasa blends expertise to help humanity embrace their full emotional landscape.
With Sarita as her mentor since 2021, she's passionate about guiding others to blissful fulfilment. Join her journey toward emotional fluidity and boundless joy.

Assistant Co-Teacher
Christa is a shamanic breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher, and a Tantra practitioner trained with the embodied awakening academy and in study with Tantra Essence.
Christa's gift lies in creating empowered and sacred spaces, where participants feel safe to drop from the mind into the body and (re)learn how to embrace the vastness it means to be human – the joy, the mess, the pleasure, the pain, and everything in between.
