In Part 1, we work with the Heart Chakra, bringing transformation to the three stages of love: self-love, loving another and loving the whole.
The Heart Chakra is the main portal for women to access the fullness of her creative expression and potential.
This part offers a powerful transmission in regard to loving yourself. Once you are anchored in the power of love, you can easily create balanced relationships with others.
Every woman has some sensitivity about her physical appearance. In this retreat, you will rewrite this inner dialogue about your beauty and work on healing any insecurities that are holding you back sub-consciously.
You will awaken your inner and outer Goddess in all of her splendour which will boost your self-esteem and self-worth.
