Part 1
The Goddess Unveiled
In Part 1, we work with the Heart Chakra, bringing transformation to the three stages of love: self-love, loving another and loving the whole.
The heart chakra is the main portal for women to access the fullness of her creative expression and potential.
This part offers a powerful transmission in regards to loving yourself. Once you are anchored in the power of love, you can easily create balanced relationships with others.
Every woman has some sensitivity about her physical appearance. In this retreat, you will rewrite this inner dialogue about your beauty and work on healing any insecurities that are holding you back sub-consciously.

Part 2
Erotic and Emotional Fulfilment
In part 2, we focus on the lower belly (2nd chakra) and on the sex center (1st chakra). This will open your awareness to Life Cycles, Emotional Fluidity, Kundalini Energy and the fullness of your Erotic Ecstasy.
You will unwind unhealthy conditioning that gave you false ideas about what it means to be a woman. This will inspire you to reclaim your power through a healthy sensual and emotional fluidity.

Ma Ananda Sarita
Ma Ananda Sarita is a world-renowned Tantra master whose life mission is to spread the joy of Tantra globally. Since 1973, she has been deeply immersed in her personal journey through Tantra, Meditation, and Spirituality.
For 17 years, Sarita had the privilege of learning directly from the enlightened mystic Osho in his physical presence, spending a total of 26 years within his community.
She has been teaching Tantra and Holistic Healing since 1990. She started teaching the Goddess Essence Series since 2014.
She is committed to practicing authentic Tantra, rooted in Meditation and Love.

As a healer, her holistic therapeutic style aims to help you alleviate pain from the body, mind, emotion and become more aware of your spirit.
She also trained under Ma Ananda Sarita personally to teach the highly rated Goddess Essence series. She has been teaching this series with Sarita since 2016. She is also a trained Color-Light therapy practitioner and teacher and is one of the five certified Tachyon trainers in the world for the University of Integrated Science California (UISCA) to teach Tachyon related training and treatments.
