This series of retreats is for the woman who would like to live her fullest potential, physically, erotically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Perhaps you have been confused about how to find fulfilment in life and in relationships due to lack of information and inadequate education on this vital subject. Perhaps you sense you have untapped power and inner ecstasy inside, waiting to be unleashed. Perhaps you long to express the fullness of your creativity. This course offers revelations and transformation for all of these aspects of female potential.

By spending time with and learning alongside other women, we have the opportunity of coming home to our deepest resources. We are able to see ourselves in the mirror of our sisters and in this way to nurture many aspects of ourselves, which may have been neglected. Discovering the eternal wisdom of woman, we can at last come home to our power, living our true expansive nature.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

The Goddess Essence series is comprised of 4 retreats with each retreat covering potent aspects of women’s empowerment. Each retreat is 4 days.

  • Part 1: Goddess Unveiled.

    The Goddess Unveiled works with the heart chakra, bringing transformation to the three stages of love: self-love / loving another / loving the whole. The heart chakra is the main portal for woman to access the fullness of her creative expression and potential.

  • Part 2: Women’s Erotic and Emotional Fulfilment

    Women’s Erotic and Emotional Fulfilment focuses on the lower belly (second chakra) and on the sex center (first chakra) and how these open us to our Goddess Portals, Life Cycles, Emotional Fluidity, Kundalini Energy and the fullness of our Erotic Ecstasy.

  • Part 3: Woman as a Healer

    Opening the Psychic Gift as we release old conditionings and fears, we open to the gifts of healing and intuition, with confidence and vitality. We reclaim the power and the glory of our wise woman heritage. We focus on opening the sixth chakra (third eye) practicing methods for awakening clairvoyance and telepathy, finding our true soul calling and best direction in life.

Part 4: Female Spiritual Mastery

Female Spiritual Mastery is activated through love, devotion and compassion, fuelled by sexual ecstasy and emotional flow, based on trusting and heeding the messages given by intuition. Recognizing these qualities within, we find ourselves effortlessly united with source. We women are multi-faceted, multi-orgasmic, multi-talented beings. Embracing our full potential is the best gift we can give to ourselves, our families, our communities and to the world.

You can join the retreats in any order you like.

  • If you wish to receive the full transmission of feminine empowerment, we encourage you to complete all 4 parts of the Goddess Essence series.
  • After completing the 4 parts, you will receive a certificate honouring your transformational journey.

Each part includes:

  • Experiential Tantra practices
  • Active and silent meditations
  • Healing exercises
  • Dance
  • Sharing structures
  • Massage, and
  • Rituals for personal transformation

AN EXAMPLE DAY

An example of our day is as follows:

  • 7:30am – Active meditation or yoga
    (This is not optional and is an important part of the process.)
  • 9:00am – Breakfast
  • 10:30am – Group room
  • 1:00pm – Lunch
  • 2:30pm – Group room
  • 4:00pm – Tea and snack
  • 6:00pm – Dinner
  • 7:30pm – Group room
  • 9:30pm – Group ends for the day

*This schedule will vary depending on what is needed at any given time but in general this is what it will be.
